Buzz Bites (9/23/11): Nick Jonas Heads To South America

+ Nick Jonas (literally) kicked off his South American tour last night in Sao Paolo, Brazil, and he sure looked happy to be there. Peep photos of the air he caught during his rock ‘n’ roll scissor kick. “Such an amazing start to the tour,” he tweeted. (Just Jared Jr.)
+ Lady Gaga got real with Twitter followers about a fan’s apparent suicide, which was reportedly a result of bullying. “Bullying must be become illegal. It is a hate crime,” she tweeted and vowed to talk to President Obama about it. Tell it, sister! (MTV News)
+ We know Robert Pattinson‘s not making an album, and we now know one artist who’ll appear on the upcoming Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part – 1. It’s Bruno Mars, with a song called “It Will Rain.” (MTV News)
+ Britney Spears opened up about turning 30. “I hear the older you get, the wiser you get and the more you know what you want — so hopefully it will be a good year,” she said. Her birthday’s on Dec. 2, during the South American leg of her tour. (Billboard)
